Emma is the founder and owner of Killick Greene. She has over 15 years experience in marketing and started Killick Greene to make good marketing feel simpler and more human.

Emma has worked in marketing for over 15 years, gaining experience in the health and beauty, travel and tourism, and healthcare industries. She is passionate about helping small businesses and solo entrepreneurs access the power of effective marketing to grow their brands. Her work combines strategic insight with creative flair, making marketing more accessible, impactful, and tailored for success.
Emma is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has received the MCIM qualification. She also holds a First Class qualification in Women’s Leadership Development from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Distinction in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
Originally from Bedfordshire, Emma has recently moved to Newcastle and loves everything that the region has to offer, especially walking her dog, Chester, on the beach every day!
